Align & Define: An 8 week Pilates Series with Michelle
Thursdays 5:45-6:45pm beginning May 1st
Strengthen your core, improve your posture, and move with greater control and confidence. This Pilates class focuses on mindful movement, breath, and alignment to build deep core strength, increase flexibility, and support overall body balance. Whether you're a beginner or returning to your practice, modifications are offered to meet you where you are. Expect a challenging yet supportive workout that leaves you feeling stronger, longer, and more connected from head to toe. Mindfulness at the Waterfall-
A Creative Journaling Experience with Niki and Jody

Join Niki for a serene and uplifting experience as we practice mindfulness amidst the natural beauty of our local waterfall! This unique class combines the calming effects of nature with the power of creative journaling to foster reflection, relaxation, and self-expression. We’ll begin our session with guided mindfulness exercises, focusing on the sounds, sights, and sensations of the waterfall and surrounding nature. This practice will help you ground yourself, increase awareness, and cultivate inner peace. After our mindfulness journey, you’ll have the opportunity to express your thoughts and feelings through creative journaling. Bring your own journal or handcraft a new one and receive prompts and inspiration to create entries that reflect your experience and connect you with your inner self. Materials necessary to create your own journal and supplies to create thru art and words inside your journal will be provided, but feel free to bring your personal journal if you prefer! Qigong Movement Meditation with Amanda Butler

Movements can be performed standing or sitting in a chair. Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice that combines gentle movements, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve health and well-being focusing on mind-body-spirit. Qigong exercises involve: Slow, flowing movements, deep rhythmic breathing, focus on specific body parts or postures, mental imagery and visualization. These practices can enhance physical health, improve mental well-being, and promote spiritual growth. It is often used as a form of exercise, relaxation, and complementary therapy. Amanda Marie will walk you through a class that will include : rhythmic breathing with movements focused on meridians, and chakra sound activation.

Meet Niki in a little oasis directly next to the Falls. This location is in the backyard of the iconic red saw mill in Honeoye Falls. We will move through a slow flow yoga practice in the cool, lush grass, surrounded by the sounds of the rushing water and spring birds. $20.

Ayurveda Workshop with Dr. Sandra
Saturday, May 31st from 6:00 to 8:00pm
Have you ever wondered, “What’s Ayurveda all about?“ Dr. Sandra is a certified Ayurveda specialist, and will introduce you to this sister science of yoga. You’ll learn about the five Elements, the three Doshas, Ayurvedic oils and healing herbs, and using nutrition to heal and maintain the body. You’ll also learn about prescriptions for mantras! WHAT?!? Yes, this is very real and highly effective! You’ll be introduced to a selection of introductory Ayurveda books on hand, and will work through a questionnaire which will help each you to identify your own Dosha, then learn the recommended Daily Routine for your Dosha. We’ll also do a short yoga flow to get you ready for summer, and finish with Ayurvedic healthy treats to refresh you for a great weekend! $25.
